This diffuser blend can be used anytime the lungs need a little support, including ailments from sickness, smoky skies, exercising in cold weather and air pollution. My favorite way to use this blend is to place a few drops on the floor of the tub before showering. Once the hot water is turned on, steam carries the essential oils up and into the lungs.
